- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Avoid! I called here earlier this morning to get some pots and see what they had in stock. The lady on the phone, I think her name was 'Natalie', was getting frustrated at me because I wanted to clarify the sizes were corresponding to the size saucer that I needed. She was extremely rude, and sounded frustrated at me for asking questions. I mean, at the end of the day you're supposed to be offering customer service, this is why I rang in the first place.
